- COLORS OR CONCENTRATED GELS WORK
- GREAT BUT USE SPARINGLY. IF YOU
- WANT A MORE PASTEL COLOR. AND USE
- BOLILING WATER INSTEAD OF COLD
- WATER
- 10 large hard boiled eggs
- 3 dash(es) food coloring
- 1 c cold water
- 1 tsp vinegar for each color you are using
- 1/2 c mayonnaise or miracle whip or half of each
Chocolate Poke Cake

Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- For Chocolate Cake:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup brewed coffee (or 1 cup boiling water if you don’t like coffee in the cake)
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- For Chocolate Filling:
- 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi -sweet chocolate chips
- For Chocolate Whipped Cream Topping:
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1 taespoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
PEANUT BUTTER KRISPIES

- 1 cup white corn syrup

- 6 small potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
- 1/4 cup butter
- grated parmesan cheese
- garlic powder
- other seasonings (to personal preference)
Ranch Potatoes

Add the potatoes to a saucepan
- 8 -10 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1 envelope ranch dressing mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- salt and pepper
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 15x10-inch pan with sides with Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups salted dry-roasted peanuts
- 1 roll Pillsbury™ refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup Jif® Extra Crunchy Peanut Butter
- 1 1/4 cups toffee bits
- 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)

Directions: Heat oven to 400°F
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon of seasoned salt...
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- a dash of worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I used 3/4 cheddar and 1/4 mozzarella)
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of Original Bisquick mix
- 2 eggs
Apple Cake

- Directions:
- 5 to 7 About 5 to 7 granny smith apples (or whatever you prefer), peeled, cored & thinly sliced
- 1 (9 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 stick real butter
- 1 . Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 2 . Cut apple slices crosswise in half.
- 3 . Place in pan; sprinkle with dry cake mix.
- 4 . In small bowl, combine sugar & cinnamon; sprinkle over cake mix.
- 5 . Drizzle with butter.
- 6 . Bake 30 minutes or until topping is golden brown.
- 7 . Serve warm with ice cream, if desired!
- PS.... I do this with peaches also.... so good....and you can add more than one stick of butter about 1/2 thru the baking process and it just makes the crunchy-ness a little more... most times just 1/2 stick more.... ENJOY!!!!

- 3 cups all purpose flour**
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- for the frosting-
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3-4 tablespoons milk
- sprinkles, if desired for decoration
