Cream Cheese Candies-No Bake

You can do these in any colors and flavors, adjust them for holidays, birthdays or weddings
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 4-5 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp flavoring - peppermint, vanilla butter, lemon, banana, etc.
- Food coloring
- Melt butter in saucepan over med heat. Add cream cheese, stir until softened and partly melted into butter.
- Turn off heat. Add 4 cups powdered sugar to pan and stir to form soft dough.
- Divide dough into 4 portions (or however many colors and flavors you want to make) Add 1/4 tsp flavoring to each portion of dough, stir well.
- Color dough by adding few drops of food coloring to each portion of dough. Shape the candies into rounds of about 1/2 tsp each. Score with fork.
- Dry on wax or parchment paper for a few hours until set. Store in sealed container in refrigerator.
Cheese Ball Bites

Directions 1Mix together cream cheese, cheddar, garlic powdersalt and pepper
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 1/3 c. finely chopped fresh chives
- 1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
English Toffee

- 1 lb butter (must use butter)
- 1 lb sugar (2 1/4 cups)
- 1# ground pecans
- 1# milk choc chips
- 1/4 cup water
No Bake Oreo Bars

To make the crust: Combine all the ingredients and add to a food processor
- Crust:
- Makes 16
- 24 Oreos (or any other chocolate sandwich cookie)
- 4 Tbsp butter, soft or melted
- Filling:
- 250 g (roughly 8 oz) White chocolate, chopped
- 150 g (roughly 6 oz) Cream cheese, at room temperature
- 12 Oreos, Roughly chopped
- Topping (optional):
- 6 Oreos, roughly chopped
- 100 g (roughly 4 oz) Dark chocolate, melted
Baked Meatball Parmigiana

Instructions 1.Mix all of the above meatball ingredients and form your meatballs-not too large
- Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds meatloaf mix (beef, pork, veal combo)
- 4 cloves garlic-roughly chopped, not minced
- a handful of chopped parsley
- 1 cup bread crumbs (I used Schar gluten free brand)
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese (not grated) (sometimes I use grated asiago cheese)
- 2 eggs
- salt to taste
- Sauce of your choice (approx two 24-oz jars)
- Mozzarella cheese to top it off with!
Chicken Bacon Florentine Fettuccine

PREPARATION 1. Heat the oil in a pot over high heat
- INGREDIENTS
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced thinly into strips
- 5 ounces spinach
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 8 strips bacon, cooked and finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 12 ounces cooked fettucine
- 1 cup parmesan, shredded
Baked Potatoes in Pan

- These are the bomb!!
- Brush bottom and sides of a baking dish or cast iron skillet with olive oil.
- Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice potatoes crosswise into desired thickness. Arrange potato slices vertically and loosely in prepared dish or skillet.
- I used a Pie Pan Worked very well.
MEXICAN CASSEROLE

First Layer of Potatoes cover bottom of dish then>> A Layer of the Meat Sauce>> 2 hand fulls of crumbled Corn Ch

- Warning: Not DIET friendly! Moderation for sure! lol!
- First 2 steps>> Brown 2lbs ground beef ( Drain and add 2 packs of Taco Seasoning ) Follow packages of Taco seasoning packs..
- Have 7 to 8 med. size potatoes peeled and rinsed sliced round and boil till tender in separate pot but do not over cook! Set aside for now..
- Now that Taco meat and potatoes are done! Next>>>Add THESE INGREDIENTS TO Taco Meat only..Yes meat is on stove top on Med. heat while adding these and stir to keep from sticking!
- 1 10 oz can of Rotel Tomatoes (I used less then half because of being a bit spicy for grandsons! But normally use whole can!
- 1 8 oz box of Cream Cheese
- 1 8 oz box of Velveta Cheese
- 1 8 oz container of Sour Cream
- 1/2 tsp Cilantro
- Sprinkle minced Onion to your desire or use real Onion ( Grandkids don't like real onion) So I used Minced!
- 1 tsp Garlic minced
- Pepper to taste But No Salt!>>Because of Corn Chips being salty!!!
- 1 Table spoon of Chili Power
- 1 > 5 oz can of Evaporated Milk
- When all cheese is melted and mix well with the Taco Meat all in the same pan! Turn Heat Off!! You want meat cheese sauce to be a little thick but not to thick so if needed you can add little more milk !
- Then Large Casserole Dish Sprayed or 2 small ones as I used to night!
PIZZA BALLS

- 60 pepperoni slices (2 per biscuit)
- Block of cheese (Colby/Monterey Jack or Chedder)
- 1 beaten egg
- Parmesan Cheese
- Italian Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- 1 jar pizza sauce
Candy Bar Pie

Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F
- Ingredients:
- 1 pie crust, from a pack of two or homemade
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup candy bars (I used 8 miniature Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, about 15 mini Rolos, and a handful of M&Ms to make 1 cup)
- Extra candy for the top of the pie
