Sesame Asparagus Saute

- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and chopped
- 1 t. oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 t. sesame seed
- Cover asparagus with water in a saucepan. Boil for 5 minutes; drain. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add asparagus and remaining ingredients. Sauté for several minutes, until tender. Serves 4
Sesame Salmon Spread

From: Breast Wishes for Christmas I plan to use my canned fish to try this out
- 1 pkg cream cheese softened
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 can salmon, drained and skin removed
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 2 T sesame seeds
- 2 t Liquid Smoke(opt)
- 1 t fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 t fresh parsley, minced
- 1/4 t dried dill weed
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- assorted crackers
Meatloaf with Onion stuffing

Bake 45 minutes at 350
- Meatloaf mix:
- 2 lb hamburger
- 4 slices bread soaked in water and squeezed
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 T salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 eggs
- Mix together. Reserve 1/3 meat mix. With remainder line bottom and sides of loaf pan.
- Stuffing mix:
- 3 T oil
- 3 chopped onion
- 1 &1/2 c bread crumbs
- 1 t sage
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 T parsley
- Saute above ingredients till brown. Remove from heat and add:
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 t water
- Fill center of loaf and cover with remaining meat mix. Top with:
- 1/2 c chili
Pork Chops with Maple Mustard Marinade

1. Combine first 9 ingredients
- 1/3 cup spicy brown mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 8 bone-in chicken thighs, skinned
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- Cooking spray

mix together pudding, cream cheese and liquer
- 1 6 oz vanilla pudding cooked off
- 1 250 g cream cheese
- 1 |4 c coffee liquer
- 1 T instant coffee
- 1 |2 c hot water
- 1 T sugar
- 1 200 gre pkg ladyfingers
- 1 1|2 c cool whip
- grated chocolate
Creamy Raviolli & Broccoli Sauce

Bring 2 1/2 quarts of unsalted water to a boil in a covered 4 1/2 quart or larger potsp
- 3 cups broccoli flowerets
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits, real, not imitation
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 25 ounces frozen beef ravioli
Natural Cough Control Tea

- Pour hot water over 2 teaspoons organic lemon rinds, 1 teaspoon sage, and 1/2 teaspoon thyme. (Dried or fresh herbs can be used.)
- 2 . Cover and steep for 15 minutes.
- 3 . Strain tea, then add juice of 1/2 lemon and 1 tablespoon honey.
- 4 . Drink two to three cups daily for cough relief.

Christmas Morning Mom Saver

- 16 slices white bread
- Bacon or name diced
- Cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs
- S & p
- 1 t dry mustard
- 1/4 c chopped onions
- 1/4 c chopped peppers
- 2 t Worcestershire
- 3 c whole milk
- Dash Tabasco
- 1/4 lb butter
- Crushed cornflakes
Tomato and Basil Pasta

1.Combine olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 thinly sliced garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper, plus more for sprinkling
- 1 pound cooked and drained short pasta (such as campanelle)
- 4 medium tomatoes
- 1 pound burrata (igourmet.com) or mozzarella cheese
- Small basil leaves
No Knead Bread with Bran
