- 3 large bell peppers
- corned, cut in half and seeded
- Meatloaf:
- 1 T oil
- 1 T butter
- 1 c minced onions
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 |3 c beef broth
- 1 T tomato paste
- 1 lb italian sausage, skins removed
- 1 and 1|2 lbs ground sirlion
- 1 c bread crumbs soaked in 1|4 c beef stock
- 2 large eggs beaten
- fresh parsley
Granny's Warm Flakey Biscuits

Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup whipping cream (heavy cream)
- 1-2 tablespoons milk
Tostada Waffles

- 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 can (4.5 ounces) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles, drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 package (1 ounce) Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
- 6 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 2 medium green onion, sliced (2 tablespoons)
