Cauliflower and Garlic Saute

- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 thinly sliced small red onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp hot-red-pepper flakes
- 1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets (about 8 cups)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro
Strawberry Pretzel Salad

- Base:
- 2 1/2 c crushed pretzels
- 4 T brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- Middle:
- 1 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 small cool whip
- Top:
- 1 qt strawberries
- 1 large strawberry Jello
- 2 c boiling water
TACO CASSEROLE

Brown ground beef; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and tomato sauce
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg. (1 1/8 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1 can (15 1/2 oz.) tomato sauce
- 3 c. corkscrew macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- Crushed tortilla chips

Cook and drain sausage meat Lay 6 slices bread into greased pan
- 1/2 lb sausage meat
- 12 slices bread
- 1&1/2 c shredded cheese
- 1 c Picante Sauce
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 c milk
Better Than Ever Beef Enchiladas

Brown meat, peppers. Add 1 c salsa and simmer
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 c each green and red pepper
- 2 c salsa-divided
- 1/2 c shredded cheese-divided
- 2 T Zesty Italian Dressing
- 8 tortillas 6"
Asian Slaw

- 1/4 c Catalina Dressing

- 1/4 c honey roasted peanuts

- 3 tablespoons packed dark-brown sugar
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 small green cabbage, (about 1 3/4 pounds), finely shredded
- 1 medium daikon radish, cut into 1/8-inch-thick matchsticks
- 16 red radishes, halved lengthwise and cut into thin half-moons
- 4 scallions, cut on the diagonal into long, thin slices
- 1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts

- 1 head Romaine lettuce
- 1 red onion chopped
- pitted black olives
- 1 green and 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 tomatoes diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 c cubed feta cheese
- 6 T olive oil
- 1 t dried oregano
- 1 lemon squeezed
- pepper
