- 3/4 cup butter , softened
- 3/4 cup of Nutella
- 1-1/2 cups of powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips

In a medium saucepan, combine three cups of the milk, the pumpkin puree, cinnamon, allspice, cloves and ginger
- 4 cups whole milk
- One 15-ounce can pumpkin puree (do not use pumpkin pie mix), about 1 1/2 cups
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1-1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 8 to 12 ginger snap cookies
Easy Tzatziki with Toasted Pita Crisps

Place the yogurt in a medium bowl
- 2 (7-ounce) containers Greek yogurt (recommended: Fage Total)
- 1 hothouse cucumber, unpeeled and seeded
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh dill
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Toasted Pita Crisps, recipe follows
- 8 pita breads
- Good olive oil

- 1/2 cup (125 g) fresh orange juice (from 1 large navel orange)
- 1 lb (500 g) frozen pitted dark cherries, such as Bing
- 1/3 cup (90 g) sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
Homemade Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Add milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat
- 2 cups milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
- 1/2 cup strong hot coffee
- Whipped cream, for serving
Rustic Apple Pie (McCormick's)

- Options:
- Serves: Makes 8 servings.
- 1 refrigerated pie crust, (from 14-ounce package)
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
- 4 medium tart apples, such as Granny Smith or Braeburn, thinly sliced (about 4 cups)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Spiced Easier Than Apple Pie: Prepare as directed. Use 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice or 1 teaspoon McCormick® Apple Pie Spice in place of the cinnamon.
GRANDPA Z’S BANANA CUPCAKES

These are the best ever fluffy moist cupcakes
- 1-1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 eggs , separated
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 3 ripe bananas , mashed
Crab Cakes**

For the crab cakes: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil
- For the crab cakes:
- 2 large eggs
- 2-1/2 tablespoons mayonnaise, best quality such as Hellmann’s or Duke’s
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard (I went with Grey Poupon)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce (I went with the classic Lea & Perrins)
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup finely diced celery, from one stalk
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1 pound lump crab meat
- 1/2 cup panko (Progresso makes good panko-style bread crumbs.)
- Vegetable or canola oil, for cooking (I went with LouAna canola for a nice, extra-light flavor.)
- For the tartar sauce:
- 1 cup mayonnaise, best quality such as Hellmann’s or Duke’s
- 1-1/2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced red onion
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice, to taste
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Sausage & Broccoli Rabe w/Pasta

If using pasta, prepare according to directions on box
- 2 or 3 heads Broccoli Rabe
- 3 or 4 Cloves garlic (for me, the more the better)
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato Sauce
- Splash of White Wine
- 1/2 c. Water
- Red Pepper Flakes (as much as you like)
- 1 Knorr's Chicken Boullion Cube (crushed)
- Sausage removed from it's casing
Pizza with Fresh Tomatoes and Basil (Giada)

Mix the warm water and yeast in a small bowl to blend
- PIZZA DOUGH:
- 1 tablespoon yellow cornmeal
- 2 (8-ounce) pieces of homemade or purchased pizza dough, recipe follows
- 6 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 1/3 cups, grated pasteurized mozzarella
- 2 Roma tomatoes, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 large garlic clove, minced, optional
- 6 fresh basil leaves, plus extra for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup warm water (105 to 110 degrees F)
- 2 teaspoons dry yeast
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
