Place the broccoli and cauliflower in a large bowl
- 2 1/2 cups bite-sized broccoli florets
- 2 1/2 cups bite-sized cauliflower florets
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 to 1 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 cups lightly packed fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 lemon, zested
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1 Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and mix well
- 1/2 c butter, melted
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 c fresh strawberries, chopped
- CINNAMON SUGAR TOPPING
- 3 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Bring a medium pot of water to a boil over high heat
- 4 small new potatoes (red or white, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 small zucchini, cut in 1/2 lengthwise (about 1-inch wide by 5 inches long)
- Pinch kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan

- For Apple Pie Filling:
- 3 apples (about 1 lbs.)-peeled and sliced into 8 slices each
- 1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon white sugar
- 3 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A dash of nutmeg
- 3/4 cup water
- For Pie Crust:
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter cut into cubes-chilled
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup ice water
- (or you can use 1 package Refrigerated Pie Crust (2 crusts))
- For Filling and Topping:
- 1 3/4 cup apple pie filling-chopped into small pieces
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 egg -lightly beaten
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 lemon, zested
- 1 orange, zested
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 recipe Fresh Pasta, cut into fettuccini, recipe follows
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 small block semisweet chocolate, optional
- 1/4 cup chopped, toasted hazelnuts
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
