Crispy Baked Chicken Wings

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 2 lbs chicken wing pieces
- salt
- 3 tbsp Frank's hot sauce
- 2 tbsp butter
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- ground cayenne pepper to taste, optional
Chicken or Pork Chow Mein

Slice the chicken or pork into very thin bite sized pieces and put a little salt on it
- One whole skinless and boneless chicken breast (both sides) or 4 center cut pork chops or 1/2 combo of each.
- 2 very large onions
- 6 big stalks of celery
- 1 bag of bean sprouts.
- 1 carton of chicken stock
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon hot mustard (usually powdered)
- Salt
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Sage Potatoes Au Gratin

- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more for seasoning
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 1 pound russet potatoes
- Cayenne pepper

Scalloped Tomatoes with Croutons

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Good olive oil
- 2 cups (1/2-inch diced) bread from a French boule, crusts removed
- 16 plum tomatoes, cut 1/2-inch dice (about 2 1/2 pounds)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Bountiful Casserole

In a 2 quart saucepan, bring water and rice to a boil
- 1 cup long grain rice
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 pound hamburg or ground turkey
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package of cole slaw mix or 3 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 minced clove garlic
- 1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 2 1/4 cups water
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs

- 2 green peppers, chopped into strips

- 1 cup coconut oil (I get mine here)
- 1 cup shea butter, cocoa butter or mango butter (or a mix of all three equal to 1 cup)
- 1 cup beeswax (can add an extra ounce or two if you want a thicker consistency, which leaves less lotion on the skin when used)(I get mine here)
- 2 tablespoons (or more) of non-nano Zinc Oxide
- Optional: Vitamin E oil to preserve. I added 1 tsp vitamin E oil for this recipe made with 1 cup of each ingredient)
- Optional: a few drops of vanilla or essential oil for scent (do not use citrus oils!)
