Cold Weather Stew

Add all the ingredients to a large pot
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 lb sweet sausage links
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb cooked chicken
- 2 can stewed tomatoes (don't drain)
- 1 lb of fresh mushrooms, cut into pieces
- 1 can of corn (or frozen)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green or red pepper cut into pieces
Homemade Mac and Cheese

Directions Cook macaroni according to the package directions
- 8 ounces uncooked elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 pinch paprika

- 3 eggs, separated
- 3 tablespoons whole milk cottage cheese or 3 tablespoons cream cheese

Jalapeno Popper Meatballs

For the meatball mix: Combine all of the meatball mix and 1 Tbsp roasted jalapenos in a medium bowl – set aside
