In a metal stand mixer bowl, combine the eggs and granulated sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 cups mascarpone
- 1 cup tiny chocolate chips
- 6 cups boiling water
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup instant espresso powder
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coffee liqueur
- 2 (14-ounce) packs Savoiardi cookies (Italian ladyfingers)
- 3/4 cup finely grated chocolate
Bananas Foster

In a small saucepan, combine the rum, vanilla extract, brown sugar, molasses and cinnamon
- 3 1/2 tablespoons dark rum
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 bananas, peeled, sliced lengthwise and crosswise
- Pinch kosher salt

- 1 pint blueberries

COMBINE peanut butter, butter, vanilla and salt in large bowl
- 1 1/2 cups Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons Crisco All-Vegetable Shortening
Easy String Beans and Onions

In a saute pan with straight sides or a medium pot, add the olive oil and raise the heat to medium-high
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup onions, halved and sliced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic, grated (on a rasp)
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh string beans, sliced into thirds
- 1 cup chicken stock
- Lemon wedge, for spritzing
Peach Cobbler Ice Cream

Whisk all the ice cream ingredients together in a large measuring cup
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 1/2 cups peach nectar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Small pinch kosher salt
- 4 ripe peaches, pitted and quartered
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 10 shortbread cookies, crumbled (recommended: Lorna Doone)
Chicken Parmesan

- 4 cups vegetable oil
- Six 6-ounce chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups egg wash (equal parts egg and cream)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 1/2 pounds cooked spaghetti
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 cups prepared marinara, warmed

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

- Dash cayenne pepper
- Flour, for dusting
