- 2 tbsp Tabasco

Pumpkin Creme Caramel

Preheat oven to 325 degree F
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
- 2 5 ounce can (1-1/3 cups) evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons finely shredded orange peel
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- Pomegranate seeds (optional)
Candy Corn Popcorn Balls

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tube fully cooked polenta, Italian-style

Flank Steak w/Mushroom Sauce

Open flank steak package and slice into long pieces thinly
- 1 package marinated flank steak
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 package fresh mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup whipping cream, half-and-half, or light cream
