Velveety Pecan Candy

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups coarsely chopped pecans
- wax paper
- 1 1/2 lb, vanilla or chocolate candy coating
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

- 2 SIMPLE ingredients: 1- 21oz can of apple (or fruit of your choice) pie filling and 1 box of angel food cake mix.....that's it!
- NOTE: you MUST use the ONE-STEP (the kind that only requires water) cake mix for this to work....but DO NOT add the water!

- 1/2 lb. Monteray Jack Cheese
- 1/2 lb. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 egg
- 1 pck pork flavored Shake n Bake
- 20 whole jalepeno peppers
Pecan Chicken Strips

Place coated chicken strips in baking dish heavily sprayed with Pam and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees
- Chop 1/4 cup pecans until they are the size of bread crumbs. Set aside 2 Tblsp. Combine remaining pecans with 1/4 cups Panko breadcrumbs and 1/ tsp pepper. Place in flat-bottomed bowl.
- Pour 2 Tbs. maple syrup into a dish. Dip chicken strips in syrup and then into nut mixture.
Sausage Cream Cheese Crescents

Mix sausage and cream cheese together and shredded cheese if you'd like
- 16 oz
- bulk sausage cooked and crumbled (any flavor)
- 8 oz
- cream cheese, softened
- 2 can(s)
- refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c
- shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or any cheese)
