Pudding - MEXICAN CHOCOLATE ALMOND PUDDING

Whisk brown sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and cinnamon together in medium saucepan
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. no trans fat margarine
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sliced almonds
- 2 cups raspberries or strawberries (Sliced bananas optional accompaniment)
