Pancakes - Blueberry Pancakes (Looney Spoons

In a large bowl, combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar
- PANCAKE
- 3/4 Cup each whole wheat flour and all-purpose flour
- 1 Tsp each baking powder and baking soda
- 1 12 Egg Whites
- 1 1/2 Cup buttermilk
- 1/4 Cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 Cup blueberries
- TOPPING
- 1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt
- 1/2 cup mashed bananas (1 large)
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon, ground
Wassail

Place all ingredients in a pot and simmer
- 6 cups apple juice
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 " cinnamon
- 16 cloves
- 1 tsp all spice

- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, lightly packed
- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
- 2 teaspoons ground chipotle powder
- 4 tablespoons minced fresh rosemary leaves, divided
- Kosher salt
