Perfect Cranberry Sauce

Empty a 12-ounce bag of fresh or frozen cranberries into a saucepan and transfer 1/2 cup to a small bowl
- 12 oz bag of fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup sugar (modified from original recipe)
- orange zest
- 2 tbsp water
- salt/pepper to taste
Peanut Butter Pie

Sugar Snap Peas with Red Pepper

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 (14-ounce) bag frozen sugar snap peas, thawed
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup roasted red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey

Grilled "Baked" Potatoes

HEAT greased grill to medium-high heat
- 4 baking potatoes (2 lb.)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
White Chicken Chili

1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook onions for 4 to 5 minutes or until translucent
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 2 lbs Chicken Breasts, bone-in, skinless (about 2 large breasts)
- 1 Qt (32 Oz) Chicken Stock (I use low sodium chicken stock)
- 1 Tsp Salt
- 1 Tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 Can White Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Cup Frozen Shoe Peg White Corn
- 1 Jar Diced Green Chilies (They are mild.)
- The Juice of 1 Lime (about 2 to 3 Tbsp Lime Juice)
- Accompaniments: Sour Cream, Tortilla Chips, Cheddar Cheese, Monterey Jack Cheese
Steak Sandwiches with Honey Garlic Mayo and Seared Red Onions

Heat a stove-top griddle with cooking spray and set over medium-high heat to preheat
- 1 red onion, sliced into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- Cooked flank steak slices, about 12 ounces
- 4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic flakes
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper

Mum's Everyday Red Lentils

- 1 cup masoor dal red lentils, picked through for stones
- 2 cups water
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
