Swedish Meatballs

These delicate meatballs, far from the American idea of "Swedish meatballs", are a smorgasbord staple—made small
- 1 ⁄2 cup fine bread crumbs
- 1 ⁄4 cup light cream
- 1 ⁄2 lb. ground beef
- 1 ⁄2 lb. lean ground pork
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 1 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 tbsp. butter
Bobby Flay's Pizza Dough

Combine the bread flour, sugar, yeast and kosher salt in the bowl of a stand mixer and combine
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups bread flour, plus more for rolling (Chef's Note: Using bread flour will give you a much crisper crust. If you can't find bread flour, you can substitute it with all-purpose flour which will give you a chewier crust.)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 envelope instant dry yeast
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups water, 110 degrees F
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus 2 teaspoons
Award Winning Triple-Threat Coconut Cream Pie

- One 9-inch pie shell
- 1 can (13 1/2 ounces) coconut milk, shaken well
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded or flaked coconut, toasted
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup sugar, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, well chilled
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Classic Molasses Cookies

1. COMBINE shortening and brown sugar in large bowl
- 3/4 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 3/4 stick Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup light molasses
- 2 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Granulated sugar for dipping

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 2 cups (6 ounces) uncooked pasta (spiral pasta any shape,but not long noodles like spaghetti)
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 pound 80/20 lean ground beef (you can your preference of meat combo)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 4-5 large tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup pickles, finely chopped (optional)

- 2 tablespoons Instant ClearJel� or cornstarch
- 3/4 cup Double-Dutch Dark Cocoa or Dutch-process cocoa
