1.Heat a large stock pot over medium-high heat
- 2 pounds ground beef chuck
- 1 pound bulk Italian sausage
- 3 (15 ounce) cans chili beans, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili beans in spicy sauce
- 2 (28 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with juice
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 large yellow onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 2 green chile peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon bacon bits
- 4 cubes beef bouillon
- 1/2 cup beer
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (e.g. Tabasco™)
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 (10.5 ounce) bag corn chips such as Fritos®
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Cheddar cheese

PREHEAT oven to 375° F. COMBINE flour, baking powder and baking soda in medium bowl
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extact
- 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Milk Chocolate Morsels
- 1 cup (6 oz.) NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1/2 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Premier White Morsels
Roast Turkey Breast

1. Place turkey breast on a cutting board and pat dry with paper towels
- 1 bone-in turkey breast (5 to 51/2 lbs), thawed if frozen
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Bourbon Cocktail Sausage

1 Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add sausage
- 1 lb smoked sausage, cut diagonally into 3/4-inch slices
- 1 bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
- 1/3 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons grated onion
Artichoke Stuffed Mushrooms

1.Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 24 mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 (12 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt, or to taste
Zucchini Parmesan Crisps

Slice zucchini or squash into 1/4 inch-thick rounds
- 1 lb. zucchini or squash (about 2 medium-sized)
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan (heaping)
- 1/4 cup Panko breadcrumbs (heaping)
- ... 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two baking sheets with foil and spray lightly with vegetable spray.
Easy Cheesy Pepperoni Twist Rolls

- Frozen bread dough *homemade is fine as well*
- Pepperoni
- Mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce (Optional)

- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
Kidney Bean Salad

Place eggs in a saucepan with enough cold water to cover
- 2 eggs
- 2 (15 ounce) cans kidney beans, drained
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 2 tbs sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 cup mayo
- salt and pepper to taste
Mom's Mashed Potato Casserole

- 6 potatoes, peeled and cooked
- 1/2 c milk
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion seasoning
- 1/4 c chopped onion
- 1 1/2 c Velveeta cheese, cubed
