Frosted Double Chocolate Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 Microwave 3/4 cup morsels in a small uncovered microwave safe bowl on high for 1 minute
- FROSTING:
- 2 cups semi-sweet morsels divided
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla

- 2 TBS butter

Mom's Holiday Fruit

- 1 lb can of peach halves
- 1 lb can of pear halves

- 1 lb Bob Evans Original Sausage Roll
- 2 c shredded mozzarella cheese or cheddar cheese

Beef Stew

- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lb cubed beef stew meat (1 1/4")
- 1 med onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz beer (pale lager)
- 3 1/2 c beef broth
- 2 Tbsp tomato paste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 8 new potatoes (1 1/2"-2" diameter), quartered
- 4 carrots, sliced diagonally
- 3 Tbsp all-purpose flour
