Greek Salad ( Ina Garten)

Place the cucumber, peppers, tomatoes and red onion in a large bowl
- For the vinaigrette:
- 1 hothouse cucumber, unpeeled, seeded, and sliced 1/4-inch thick
- 1 red bell pepper, large-diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, large-diced
- 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, sliced in half-rounds
- 1/2 pound feta cheese, 1/2-inch diced (not crumbled)
- 1/2 cup calamata olives, pitted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup good red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup good olive oil

Combine all ingredients in an airtight spice jar
- 2 tbsp chili pwd
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp onion pwd
- 1/2 tsp garlic pwd
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
Lobster Ravioli

For the lobster ravioli, in a large saute pan, add butter and melt
- 2 oz unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped challots
- 16oz cooked lobster meat
- 4 oz cooked snow crabmeat
- 2 oz Cognac
- 2 oz Ricotta cheese
- salt
- pepper
- 1tbsp chopped chives
- pasta dough, recipe follows
- egg white, slightly beaten
- Crabmeat Cream Sauce
- 2 oz unsalted butter
- 1tbsp chopped shallots
- 4 oz whole chunk Maryland crabmeat
- 2 oz Cognac
- 5 oz tomato sauce
- 10oz heavy cream
- salt
Pulled Pork (combined recipes)

Cook pork in a slow cooker or oven with sauce poured all over the roast,cover with lid
- Sauce:
- Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup onion, very finely minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup of Ketchup
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 \4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 \4 cup brown sugar
- 2 1\2 tsp chili pwd
- hot pepper sauce
Spicy Pepper Beef Steak

Slice beef 1/8 thick against the grain
- 3 lbs beef steak, sirloin tip or inside round
- 2 med green peppers
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large spanish onions
- 2 small ginger roots
- 2 tbsp red wine
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 6 green onions
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp asian chili sauce ( President's choice)
- 1 tsp cornstarch and water
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 1 tsp each salt & pepper
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Knorr chicken pwd
Hawaiian Pineapple Chicken (not tried yet)

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (9 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 3 pounds assorted chicken pieces such as breasts, thighs, wings, and drumsticks

Moo Goo Gai Pan

Hold knife at 20* angle and slice the chicken into large, thin slices
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 celery stalks
- 8 oz of snow peas
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 4 oz bamboo shoots
- 1 green pepper
- 1 egg white
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 med chinese cabbage
- 1 med onion
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz baby corn
- 4 oz water chestnuts
- 1 red pepper
- 4 tbsp cornstarch
- 4 tbsp oil
- 3 tsp each salt, pepper & sugar
- 2 tbsp dry sherry
Roasted Halibut with Tomato Curry Sauce and Cauliflower Rice Pilaf

This dish only has a hint of spice
- HALIBUT;
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 2 tbsp mild indian curry paste
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 4 pieces halibut, 6 oz each
- CURRY SAUCE;
- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 cups chopped canned tomatoes with their juices
- 1 cup chicken stock or water
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1 to 2 tbsp mango chutney
- Salt and Pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- Salt to taste
