  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds, roasted
  • 2 pkgs Mr Noodle (omit soup mix)
  • 3 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 head bok choy and 4 green onions, sliced
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp each of dark rum and Kahlua
  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar
  • Mix and spread on bottom of platter
  • then;
  • Melt 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Kahlua
  • cook till dissolved and once cooled , spread on top of cream cheese base and top with crushed pecans
  • serve with crackers (pretzel like) of granny smith apples..
