Chinese Salad

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup butter , melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds, roasted
- 2 pkgs Mr Noodle (omit soup mix)
- 3 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1 head bok choy and 4 green onions, sliced
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Sweet Dip

- 1 block of cream cheese
- 1 tbsp each of dark rum and Kahlua
- 1/3 cup of brown sugar
- Mix and spread on bottom of platter
- then;
- Melt 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp Kahlua
- cook till dissolved and once cooled , spread on top of cream cheese base and top with crushed pecans
- serve with crackers (pretzel like) of granny smith apples..
Chicken Sesame Brochette

Cut chicken into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1 pound boneless , skinless chicken breast
- 4 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake, chinese rice wine or dry sherry
- 2 tsp gingerroot grated
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 five spice powder
- pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 sweet red, green or yellow (or 1 zuchini) sliced
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
Orange Caramel-Glazed Beef and Green onion Rolls

In small bowl, combine orange rind, orange juice and soy sauce, set aside
- 1 large beef steak, one inch thick
- 1 tbsp gingeroot , grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil

- 1 tbsp oil

- 1 tbsp veg oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp med curry paste
- 1 apple such as Empire, peeled and chopped,
- to make 1 cup
- 5 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- Salt to taste
- Apple Compote;
- 1 tbsp butter

Chicken Fried Rice

Let cooked rice dry, 30 minutes
- 1 stalk celery
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp salt
- 6 green onions, cut up
- Cooked rice
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp veg oil
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 large eggs, beaten
Lobster Quiche

Place on top of rice, Bake 350* 30-35 minutes
- Filling:
- 1 cup rice
- add 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp parsley
- 1/4 cup butter
- 9 inch pie shell corning dish
- ( add these ingredients and press to bottom of dish)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lemon
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 10 oz lobster can & juice
- 1 cup Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup celery
- 2 tbsp onion
Wonton Soup
