Sonia's Brownies in a jar Recipe

Pour brownie mix into large mixer bowl; stir
- Mix dry ingredients together;
- 3\4 cup cocoa
- 1 2\3cups sugar
- 1 1\3 cups flour
- 1\2 tsp baking powder
- 1\4 tsp salt
- 3\4 cup chopped nuts and semi-sweet chocolate morsels or chippits work fine too
- will also need
- 3\4 cup melted butter or margarine
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Cheddar and Rosemary Shortbread

- 1 1\4 cup aged white cheddar , grated
- 3\4 cup flour
- 2 tsp fresh rosemary , finely chopped
