MY FAVORITE ANGEL FOOD CAKE

Instructions Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F

- 1 2/3 cups egg whites (usually takes about 14 eggs)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1/2 scant teaspoon salt, kosher
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 egg whites

- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon of corn syrup
- Tiny pinch of salt
- 1-2 teaspoons of vanilla extract

Instructions Fill a pot with 3 quarts of water, place on the stove and turn the heat to high
- 8 sheets puff pastry (6 inches x 6 inches), thawed
- 1 1/2 lbs beef/chicken thighs (skinless)
- 1 carrot, peeled
- 1 large, peeled and diced
- 1 small onion, peeled
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 100 grams Spaghetti
- 4-5 tblsp olive oil

- Method:
- Ingredients.
- 250 grams (2 sticks) unsalted butter. (room temp.)
- 250 grams (1 + 1/8 cup) white granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs (about 60 to 70 grams each – room temp.)
- 250 grams (2 1/2 cups )sifted cake flour (measure for sifted cake flour is different from unsifted cake or all-purpose flour)
- 2 tsp. of Baking Powder
- 200 ml milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
