Bacon ranch chicken casserole

let's do it Preheat oven to 350 degrees, brush a 9" x 13" casserole dish with butter then set aside
- 1 lb penne or rigatoni pasta
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/2 lb thick cut bacon, diced
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed
- 4 Tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 4 −5 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups whole milk
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon
- 1 cup original ranch dressing (using light will alter the taste-we don't recommend it)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
- 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend, plus an additional cup for topping

Cut the cleaned, skinned and rinsed chicken into small to medium sized pieces
- 1 whole chicken, cleaned, skinned – cut into small to medium pieces ( with bone)
- 4 medium sized onions, sliced thinly
- 3 Tbsp Garlic, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp Ginger, chopped finely
- 3 small Green Chillies or 1 large, sliced into rings
- 1 1/2 – 2 Tbsp Coriander powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Mild Red Chilli powder/ Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala (Get My Recipe For Garam Masala – it really makes this dish awesome)
- 1/4 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green cardamom – crushed to expose the seeds (Make sure they still smell good)
- 2 handfuls of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1-2 potatoes, cut into large pieces- Optional
- 1 1/2 about 1 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 Tbsp – or as little as possible Sunflower/Vegetable Oil ( do no use too much oil for this curry)
- You will need a pressure cooker

Prepare the dough: Measure 1 and 1/2 cups warm water in a liquid measuring cup or bowl
- 1 and 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 and 3/4 teaspoons Red Star® Quick-rise™ yeast1
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1 Tablespoon light or dark brown sugar (or barley malt syrup)2
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 quarts water
- 1/4 cup honey or barley malt syrup2
- 2 Tablespoons poppy seeds3
- 2 Tablespoons sesame seeds3
- 1 Tablespoon dried minced onion3
- 1 Tablespoon dried garlic flakes3
- 1 Tablespoon coarse salt
- egg wash: 1 egg white beaten with 1 Tablespoon water

- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut, toasted
