If you’re not great in the kitchen, this recipe is a good place to start
- 1 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon dried crushed oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced or pressed (pressed yields more garlic flavor.)
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro or Italian parsley, depending on your taste, chopped fine
- 2 teaspoons finely grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 cup feta cheese, cut into 1/2 inch squares
- 1 1/2 – 2 cups olive oil

Instructions Combine all of the rub ingredients in a small bowl, then rub them all over the ribs
- 1 large rack of pork ribs
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons peach preserves
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions Heat the oil in a skillet
- 4 small zucchini, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil

Instructions Season the chicken breasts with the paprika, rubbing it evenly over both sides
- 2 large chicken breasts
- 1 tsp paprika
