  • 1/4 cup minus 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 cup flour
  • whipped cream
  • 1 . Cover golden raisins with rum. Let them soak for two days. Drain and puree raisins in a mill or finely chop.
  • 2 . Preheat oven to 325°F.
  • 3 . Microwave chocolate and cream for 1 minute or until the chocolate is almost melted. Stir until it becomes smooth.
  • 4 . Whisk in eggs, sugar, raisins, and flour.
  • 5 . Pour into 7-inch pie plate brushed with salad oil.
  • 6 . Bake for 35 minutes or until the edge is puffed but center is still slightly soft. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.

  • ハッピーバレンタインズデー!!
  • ということで、先週末(早っ)作ったケーキです。
  • ふつうのチョコレートケーキじゃなくって、ちょっとひねりのあるものを作りたくって、ラムレーズンなぞを入れてみました。
  • 毎回言ってますが、普通のレーズンじゃなくって、ゴールデンレーズンね。
  • ラム酒に漬けると、これまたふっくらとして美味しいです。
  • で、それをが~っとピュレーしたものを生地に入れて焼いてみました。
  • レーズンが苦手というテリー(それなのに入れるか?という突っ込みはナシね(苦笑))にも大好評でしたよ~。
  • ラム酒が大人の味にしてくれるし、そこにレーズンの甘酸っぱさがちょっぴり隠し味で入る、というなかなかスペシャルなケーキに出来上がりました。
