Baked Beans (Sue and Gloria's)

Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 4 (16-ounce) cans baked beans
- 1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup molasses
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoon yellow or brown mustard
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 (6-ounce) can french-fried onions, crushed

Cinnamon-Apple Stuffed French Toast

1. Melt 1/4 c. butter in a small skillet

- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 apples, peeled and cubed
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 t. cinnamon
- 4 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
- 12 slices thick, hearty bread (I used a whole wheat sandwich-cut bread. The bread needs to be hearty enough to stand up to the filling.)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 T. vanilla
- 1/4 t. cinnamon
- Extra butter for the skillet
Tomato and Sweet Onion Salad

Whisk together first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; add onions and toss to coat

- 1 TBS olive oil
- 1/2 Tsp sugar
- 1/2 Tsp salt
- 1/2 Tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 Tsp pepper
- 2 Sweet onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Lg tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
- 1/3 Cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
