Homemade Turtles

Directions 1) Preheat the oven to 325°F
- Homemade Turtles in half an hour – This quick, easy candy combines toasted pecans, caramel, chocolate, and coarse sea salt, for a gourmet touch.
- Ingredients
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 4-ounce block of caramel, cut into 16 pieces; or 16 caramel candies
- 16 bittersweet chocolate disks (1″ to 1 1/2″ disks)
- a pinch of Fleur de Sel or other sea salt, to garnish each candy

Stir 2 cups boiling water to each flavor gelatin mix in separate medium bowl; stir 2 min
- 1 qt. (4 cups) boiling water, divided
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Lime Flavor Gelatin
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) JELL-O Cherry Flavor Gelatin
- 2 cups cold water, divided
- 1 can (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
Almond Joy Bars

Toast the almonds by spreading them in a thin layer on a baking sheet and baking at 375*F for 5-7 minutes
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1-14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-14 oz bag sweetened, shreded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
- 8 oz bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate
Spaghetti Pie

Directions: Brown beef, onion and green pepper
- Ingredients:
- 1 lb of ground beef
- ½ cup chopped onion
- ¼ cup chopped green pepper
- 1 jar 15oz spaghetti sauce
- 8 ounces spaghetti cooked and drained
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- **Demarle mold
- **Demarle perforated sheet
Cranberry Bread

Directions: 1 Heat oven to 350º
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh cranberries or 2 cups frozen cranberries, chopped
- 1 2/3 cups sugar
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons grated lemons or 2 teaspoons grated orange rind
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge Crunch

Directions: 1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper
- Ingredients:
- * 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
- * 2 sticks (8 ounces) plus 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- * One 16-ounce jar creamy peanut butter
- * 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- * 1/4 teaspoon salt
- * 3 cups confectioners' sugar
Cream Puff Squares

In medium sauce pan combine water and butter to boil
- Cream Puff Layer:
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Flour
- 4 Eggs
- Pudding Layer:
- 2 PKS Instant vanilla pudding
- 1 1/2 Cup Milk
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- Chocolate Drizzle:
- 1/3 C Chocolate Chips
- 2 TBS Butter
COCONUT CREAM PIE (Triple-Threat)

Heat oven to 450°F. 2 Unroll pie crust onto cooking parchment or wax paper
- 1 Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on box
- 1 can (13 1/2 oz) coconut milk, shaken well
- 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sweetened shredded or flaked coconut, toasted
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 vanilla bean, split (or 1 teaspoon vanilla)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. coconut extract
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
- Topping
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream, well chilled
- 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 tsp dark rum (or 1 teaspoon vanilla)
- 1/4 cup sweetened shredded or flaked coconut, toasted
- 1 oz. white chocolate, shaved
Grapefruit Orange Medley

In a small pan combine sugar and cornstarch
- 2 TBS sugar
- 1 TBS cornstarch
- 1/2 cup lemon lime soda
- 2 cans (11oz each) mandarin oranges drained
- 2 med. grapefruit, peeled and sectioned ( I used Jared grapefruit from produce department)
- 1 1/2 cups green grapes.
APPLE & RAISIN OVER PANCAKE

Pre heat oven to 350, spray 9x13 baking pan
- 2 LG. Baking apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
- 2/3 Cups Raisins
- 4 TBS. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 8 Eggs
- 1 1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
- 4 TBS butter or margarine melted
- Powdered Sugar (optional)
