Breakfast Grilled Cheese

- 1/3 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1/4 cup small-curd cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar, plus more for topping
- 4 frozen waffles (untoasted)
- 1 to 2 tablespoons jam (any flavor)
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, plus more if needed
- Ground cinnamon, for topping
Dessert Pizza

Preheat oven to 350°F. Form dough into a ball and place in center of Large Round Stone with Handles
- 1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 container (8 ounces) vanilla, strawberry or banana low-fat yogurt
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
- 1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut (optional)
- 2 kiwi, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes, cut in half
- 1 can (11 ounces) mandarin orange segments, well drained
- 2 tablespoons natural whole almonds, chopped
Cap'n Crunch Chicken

Mix together and chill in refrigerator
- vegetable oil for frying
- 2 skinless chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 2 cups Cap’n Crunch cereal
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Wondra flour
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Mix together and chill in refrigerator.
Cauliflower Pizza Bites

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/4 c. shredded Parmesan
- 3 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 c. marinara
- 1/4 c. mini pepperoni
Chicken Alfredo Shells

Instructions 1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- 9 - 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Romano cheese
- 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound chicken, cooked and shredded
- 15 ounce jar garlic Alfredo sauce
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
Vanilla Dutch Baby (Puffed Pancake)

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup milk, heated 20 to 30 seconds in the microwave
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
- Confectioners' sugar, for dusting
Strawberry Salad

Bottom layer: In a 9x13 pan combine pretzels, butter and 2 tsp sugar
- 1 lg box Strawberry Jello
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 2 cups Frozen strawberries (sliced)
- 1 cup + 2 tsp sugar
- 3/4 cup butter (melted)
- 2 cup crushed pretzels
Cherry Cheese Pie

Beat cream cheese til fluffy, beat in condensed milk
- 1- 9 " graham cracker crust
- 1- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1- 14 oz Eagle Brand sweet condensed milk
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 can cherry (or any) pie filling
Corn Flake Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 pkg chicken gravy mix.
- Corn flakes.
Peach Upside Down Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 350º F and lightly grease a 9-inch springform pans with butter or non-stick spray
- Topping:
- 2 ripe peaches, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- Cake:
- 1 (15.25 oz.) box yellow cake mix
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 ripe peach, optional, finely diced
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
