- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut crosswise into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 pounds broccoli, stems peeled and sliced 1/4 inch thick, florets separated
- 1 small lemon, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced crosswise, seeds removed
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Strawberry Mango Salsa

Combine all ingredients and allow to sit in the refrigerator for a few hours, covered
- 3/4 Cup Strawberries, finely diced
- 3/4 Cup Mangos, finely diced
- 1/4 Cup Red Onion, finely chopped

- 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbs. hoisin sauce
- 2 teas. sugar
- 1 tbs. low sodium soy sauce

- 8 oz. Cream Cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups Sugar
- 6 eggs
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 2 cups self-rising flour (Presto)
- Substitute 2 cups minus 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour plus 3 teaspoons baking powder and 1 teaspoon salt for self rising flour if you don't have it.

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut diagonally across grain into thin slices
- 1/2 cup lower-sodium beef broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha (hot chile sauce) or 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 tablespoons canola oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon bottled ground fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 4 cups prechopped broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/3 cup sliced green onions
