PUDDING PIE

A refreshing desert that can be changed by the pudding chosen
- 1 cup flour
- 1 stick butter
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 2/3 cup powdered sugar
- large cool whip
- 2 pkgs (small) instant pudding
- 2 1/2 cups milk
GINGERSNAPS

Cream together shortening, sugar, molasses and egg until fluffy
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
SUGAR COOKIES

Mix ingredients. Roll on floured surface
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
PORK PILLOW APPETIZERS

Cook meat and mushrooms. Let cool for a while
- 1 pkg Jimmie Dean regular sausage
- 1 pkg cream cheese
- Fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup green onions
- 3 cans crescent rolls
PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

1. Whisk together the flour, soda, powder and salt
- 2 1/2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- Sugar for rolling
PEACH MARTINI

- 6 ounces vanilla vodka
- 6 ounces Kerns peach nectar
- 3 ounces peach snapps
- 1/2 ounce lime juice

- 1 lb butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 tsp vanilla
TUNA CASSEROLE

Mix tuna fish and soup in casserole dish
- 1 can tuna fish (drained)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bag egg noodles
- cheese (American or cheddar)
- butter
Jalapeno Jelly

Finely mince 4 jalapeno peppers and habanero pepper and set aside
- 16 jalapeno peppers, seeded and cored
- 1 haberno pepper, seeded and cored
- 1 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 ounces liquid pectin
CARAMEL ICING

Caramelize sugar by browning insaucepan on med-high heat until dark brown
- 1 2/2 TBsp sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
