Guacomole

Scoop guacomole into bowl, add all other ingredients except orange and mix well
- 4 avocados (ripe)
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic (diced)
- 1/3 white onion
- salt/pepper
- 1/4 jalapeno pepper (finely diced)
- 1/2 orange
- fresh tomatoes (diced)
APPLESAUCE CAKE

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 inch layer pans or an oblong pan 13 x 9 1/2
- 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/2 cup soft shortening
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 to 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup raisins, chopped
KUNG PAO CHICKEN

Mix marinade together in large bowl or ziploc and add the chicken pieces
- MARINADE:
- 2 tsp rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp regular soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste (optional)
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 green onion, sliced
- CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 Tbsp - 1/3 cup peanut oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/3 cup salted peanuts (optional)
- 1/3 cup broccoli stalks, diced fine
- 3/4 cup slice Napa cabbage
- SEASONINGS:
- 1 Tbsp regular soy sauce
- 2 tsp Splenda
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
7 LAYER DIP

Add layers in order given
- st Layer:
- 1 small can refried beans mixed with 1 can bean dip
- nd Layer:
- 1 can frozen avocado dip mixed with 2 small or 1 large mashed avocado(s)
- rd Layer:
- 3 TBSP Mayonnaise and 3 TBSP sour cream mixed with 1 package taco seasoning mix
- th Layer:
- 1/2 lb shredded jack cheese
- th Layer:
- 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese
- th Layer:
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- th Layer:
- 5 chopped green onions
Keebler Club Cracker Bars

Layer a greased 9 x 13 pan with Keebler Club Crackers
- Keebler Club Crackers
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup finely crushed graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
- 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
RICE KRISPY TREATS

Bring sugar and syrup to a boil in large saucepan
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup Karo syrup (light)
- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy)
- 5 cups rice krispies
- 6 oz Butterscotch chips
- 6 oz Chocolate chips
PUMPKIN BREAD

Mix all ingredients. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 cups pumpkin
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup salad oil (liquid)
- 1 tsp cloves
- 2/3 cup cold water
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 ½ cup flour
- 3 cups sugar
- nuts (optional)
LAYERED ATHENIAN CHEESE SPREAD

Mix feta, ½ peppers, cream cheese, ½ almonds and garlic together
- 1 pkg. (8 oz) feta , chopped
- 1 jar (7 oz) sweet roasted peppers, drained and chopped (divided)
- ½ cup almonds, sliced (divided)
- 2 pkgs. Cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
FROSTED BANANA BARS

Preheat oven to 350 Mix all ingredients
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 1 ½ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (about 1 cup)
CROCKPOT MEATBALLS

- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 6 oz tomato paste
- Hot sauce, optional
