In a large pan brown your hamburger

  • 3 cups of brown rice OR you can do what I do and use the Cauli-Rice Recipe below if you are following Low Carb or Paleo
  • 1 lb ground beef.. lean as you can find
  • 1/2 cup of chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup of red bell pepper
  • 1 cup of finely chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic chopped ( I use minced)
  • 2 cans of petite diced tomatoes (14.5 oz ones)
  • 1 (14 oz) can of tomato sauce
  • 2 cups of fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
  • Sea Salt and Pepper to taste

  • Ingredients: 2 Cups finely ground cinnamon graham crackers, 4 Tablespoons coconut oil, Cranberry Orange Yonanas.
  • 1 . Preheat oven to 365 degrees
  • 2 . In a food processor, pulse cinnamon graham crackers until they resemble fine grains of sand
  • 3 . In a bowl combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs and 4 tablespoons coconut oil. Note: if coconut oil is solid, place jar in pan of warm water until it liquefies
  • 4 . Form crust in pie shell and bake 15-18 minutes
  • 5 . After pie shell cools, fold in double recipe of Cranberry Orange Yonanas
  • 6 . Freeze minimum 4 hours or overnight.
  • 7 . Thaw 5 minutes before serving in order to cut pie evenly
  • Ingredients: 2 frozen ripe bananas, 1⁄2 cup frozen cranberries, 1 teaspoon orange zest (zest from half an orange).
