Ham & Goat Cheese Croissant Sandwich

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- Béchamel Sauce:
- 4 croissants, baked and halved lengthwise
- 8 tsp whole grain mustard
- 8 tomato slices
- 12 oz smoked ham, thinly sliced
- 2/3 cup gruyere cheese, shredded
- Goat cheese-chives béchamel sauce (recipe follows)
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- Pinch ground nutmeg
- Pinch ground cloves
- 1-1/4 cups milk, heated
- 6 oz goat cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, chopped

- 1 box angel food cake mix- the 1 step kind
- 1 15oz can Pumpkin
- 3/4 Cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 8oz pkg. reduced fat cream cheese
- few tablespoons of water, to be mixed with cream cheese
Green Bean Fries with Buttermilk Dipping Sauce

1.To prepare the dipping sauce, place all of the ingredients into a small mixing bowl and whisk until well-combined
- Sauce:
- 1/8 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 Tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Fries:
- 1 lb fresh green beans, stemmed and rinsed
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 cup sesame seeds
- 1/8 cup black sesame seeds
- 1-1/2 cups club soda
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- Oil, for deep frying

- 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate candy melts (like Wilton or Almond Bark)
- 1 – 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- Coconut Layer:
- 1 – 14 oz bag sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk
- Chocolate Candy Layer:
- 20 whole raw almonds
- 1 cup chocolate candy melts (like Wilton or Almond Bark)
Skinny Dip & Chips

Mix all dip components. Enjoy the dip with 8 blue potato chips and the cherry tomatoes
- For the dip:
- 1/2 cup of 2% Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp walnuts
- Garlic
- Black pepper
- 1 tsp hot sauce
- What to dip:
- 1/2 oz blue potato chips (8 chips)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

- 2 tbsp pure unsweetened cocoa powder

1. Heat the oven to 425°F
- 1 head cauliflower, trimmed and separated into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bunch leeks, washed well and thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 cups Swanson® Natural GoodnessTM Chicken Broth
- 1/3 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest or 1 stalk lemon grass, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 1 (5.9 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix

- 1 tbsp instant espresso dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water
