Mix meat, rice, onions, egg, garlic power together and make into pattys and fry
- 2 lbs if lean hambuger
- 1 large onion
- 1egg
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 cup of cooked rice
- 1 pkg. lipton onion soup mix
- 2 pkgs. of dry browm gravy mix
Homemade Freezer Biscuits

Say goodbye forever to canned biscuits
- 4 cups flour
- 2 Tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shortening, butter, or coconut oil (I used all coconut oil in the last batch and it worked well, but they did taste a little coconut-y.)
- 1 3/4 cup milk
Spinach-Parmesan Dip

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender; process to desired consistency
- 1/2 pound(s) spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 cup(s) tomato(es), chopped
- 1 cup(s) basil, fresh
- 1/2 tsp table salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 5 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Meatloaf Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350°. Heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup ketchup, divided
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, extra lean (raw)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- Cooking spray
- Mashed Potatoes
- 4 cups cubed peeled Yukon gold potato (about 2 pounds)
- 1/4 cup 2% reduced-fat milk
- 1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Garnish
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
- 4 pieces of bacon cooked and them chopped

Preheat oven to 350ºF (180ºC)
- 2 slice(s) raisin bread, crusts removed
- 2 tsp spreadable fruit
- 2/3 cup(s) nonfat dry milk
- 2 cup(s) water, boiling
- 2 large egg(s)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon, or to taste
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg, or to taste

1.Combine cauliflower, onion, carrot, celery, and chicken stock in slow cooker
- ◦1 med. head of cauliflower, separated into flowerettes
- ◦1 med. onion, chopped
- ◦1 carrot, chopped
- ◦1 rib celery, chopped, or about 1/4 to 1/2 cup
- ◦4 cups chicken stock
- ◦1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ◦1 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
- ◦salt and pepper
- ◦2 cups half-and-half or light cream
- ◦chopped chives
- ◦crispy bacon crumbled for garnish and yumminess
Curry chicken lettuce wraps

Preparation Bring four cups stock to a simmer in a 2- to 3-quart saucepan
- Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 large skinless boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup 2 percent or 0 percent Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup golden raisins
- 1/3 cup roasted cashews, rough chop
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut (350 degrees Fahrenheit for eight minutes on a sheet tray)
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Boston lettuce
Fat Bunner Drink

If you want to burn fat, then drinking this juice before every meals will really help
- Take 2 grapefruits, 3 lemons a large piece of ginger and a tablespoon of honey. Chop the ingredients and then add to a blender and juice. Add the honey and stir. Drink and cleanse
