- 3/4 cup instant mashed potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh sage or 2 teaspoons dried sage, crushed
- 4-1/4 to 4 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1-1/2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 whole green pepper, chopped
- 3 carrots, peeled and chopped
