Place eggs, oil, bananas, dates and stevia in a vitamix ; blend on medium speed until combined Add in coconut flour
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 2 medium bananas
- 3 dates, pitted
- 10 drops stevia
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
ice cream - No Churn Blackberry Chip Ice Cream

Place the blackberries in a food processor and blend until pureed
- 2 pints blackberries
- 1 tablespoon bourbon, rum, water - any sort of liquid
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 & 1/2 cups hazelnuts
- 1 & 1/2 cups full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 3 (3-ounce) bars 70% (or higher) dairy-free dark chocolate
- optional: add another cup of coconut milk to make it spreadable straight from the fridge

Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, mix the nuts and cereal
- For the chocolate coating:
- 2 cups mixed nuts chopped (I bought mine out of the bulk bin)
- 2 cups brown rice cereal (I used Nature’s Path)
- 12 medjool dates pitted
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 cup chocolate chips (I used enjoy life chips)
- 1/3 cup milk (I used hemp)

- 2 teaspoons grated nutmeg
- 195 grams (1 1/2 cups) gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 3/4 cup quinoa flakes
- 228 grams (1 cup or 2 US sticks) cold unsalted butter, cut into pieces
- 1 cup lightly packed dark brown sugar
- 1 cup sucanat
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons unsulphured molasses
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

- 1 c. oats, measured then ground into flour
- 1 c. oats, left whole
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1/2 t. sea salt
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 1/8 t. nutmeg, freshly grated
- 2 large, ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 T. oil (I used walnut because I thought it paired well with the banana)
- 1 T. maple syrup
- 8 drops liquid stevia (or another tablespoon of maple syrup)
- 1/2 c. + 1 T. potato water (see below for instructions on how to make it) (eliminate the extra tablespoon if you use maple syrup in place of stevia)
