Onion Soup Mix Recipe - gluten free

Mix all dry ingredients together, breaking down any lumps of starch or bouillon
- 8 teaspoons (or 2 Tablespoons + 2 tsp.) dehydrated onions
- 4 Herb-Ox Beef Bouillon Cubes, crushed or ground (I grind mine in a coffee grinder.) (contains soy, yeast and dairy, but no MSG)
- 1 teaspoon potato starch (or cornstarch)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground celery seed (I grind the seeds in my coffee grinder.)

Mix all ingredients in a food processor until you have a form sticky mixture that can be formed in to balls or bars
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup roasted sun butter (homemade roasted/blended sunflower seeds)
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut flakes (plus extra for topping)
- 1/3 cup ground oats
- A squeeze of lemon juice and a little zest (optional- makes the flavours pop)

Mix the dry ingredient together in a medium bowl
- 60 g oat flour
- 80 g whole oats
- 1 tbs ground flax
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g date sugar
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 large carrot-coarsely grated
- 30 ml coconut oil (Melted) or olive oil
- 50 g dried cranberries or other dried fruit
- 50 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
Slow Cooker Pulled Pork Sandwiches

- 2-3 lb boneless Boston Butt
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups liquid (I used white zinfandel wine)
- 1 – 18 oz bottle barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F In small bowl mix together the oats and baking soda; set aside
- 1 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter (not natural)
- 2/3 cup packed dark brown sugar OR coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if desired)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Cauli-power Fettuccine "Alfredo"

Add cauliflower florets in a large pot and cover with water
- 4 heaping cups cauliflower florets (1 small/medium cauliflower)
- 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (from 2 med/lg cloves)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened and unflavoured almond milk (or non-dairy milk of choice)
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon fine grain sea salt, or to taste
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- Fettuccine pasta of choice (I used one (8-oz) box of Eden Organic Spelt Ribbons)
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Heat liquid to 110 degrees
- 2 1/2 cup gluten free all purpose hybrid flour
- 1 3/4 cup water or milk of choice
- 1 packet or 2 1/2 tsp of dry active rapid rise yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 T oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp guar or xanthan gum
- 3 tsp powdered pectin

Line the inside of a 5-quart slow cooker with foil, and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray
- for the crumb topping
- 3/4 c (75g) old-fashioned oats (measured correctly)
- 1/4 c (30g) whole wheat flour (measured correctly)
- 1 tsp (3g) ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp (30mL) maple syrup
- 2 tbsp (28g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- for the cake
- 2 c (240g) whole wheat pastry flour (measured correctly)
- 1 1/2 tsp (5g) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2g) baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp (5g) ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp (1g) ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp (2g) salt
- 1 tbsp (14g) unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
- 1 large egg white
- 1 tbsp (15mL) vanilla extract
- 1 c (244g) pumpkin purée (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
- 1 tsp (5mL) lemon juice or vinegar
- 1/3 c (80mL) maple syrup
cookie - Paleo Dark Chocolate Chip Walnut Cookies

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or aluminum foil)
- 3 cups almond meal, sifted
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons virgin coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 2 (14 ounce) cans great northern beans
- 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 Tablespoon butter, ghee, or coconut oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can chopped green chilies (optional)
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
