1. Place coconut into the large cup of a Magic Bullet or bottom of a Blender
- 3/4 cup organic finely shredded unsweetened dried coconut (I like Tropical Tradition’s or Let’s Do Organicbrands)
- 1 1/4 cup just boiled water
oatmeal - Almond Butter Baked Oatmeal

Preheat oven to 350F Mix all the dry ingredients in one bowl
- 2 cups gluten free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 2 ripe bananas smashed (you can also use 1/2 cup applesauce or plain yogurt)
- 3 T maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2-3 T almond milk
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
pudding - Chocolate boost mousse

Blend all ingredients together until very smooth
- 1/2 cup hemp protein (other powders may also work)
- 3 tbs cocoa or raw cacoa powder
- 1/4 cup fine coconut flour
- 2 tsp maca (optional )
- 1-2 tbs ground chia
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana (use frozen for a thicker consistency)
- 1 tbs coconut oil- melted
- 1/4 tsp stevia to taste
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- up to 1/2 cup non-dairy milk or choice (use more of less depending on desired consistency and whether or not you used frozen banana)

- 110 g caster sugar, plus an extra 1 tbsp.
- A pinch of salt
- 65 ml sunflower oil
- The zest of 4 lemons and the juice of 2
- 110 g rice flour
- 1/4 tsp. bicarbonate of soda
- A little icing sugar for dusting (optional)

In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and stir very well
- 2 tbsp cacao or cocoa powder (10g)
- 3/4 cup quick oats (60g)
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp oat flour (or make your own by blending oats in a food processor until they become powder. Measure after blending.) (60g)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp xylitol or sugar (62g)
- 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee granules (I used decaf Mt. Hagen)
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips or mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder (or tapioca starch)

- 1 Tbls lemon juice
- 2 tsp white onion, diced fine
