- 3/4 cup light coconut milk (from a can; I use Thai Kitchen full fat coconut milk. If you use another type, your results may vary due to fat content differences among brands.)

- 1/4 cup dairy free butter substitute (OR coconut oil)
- 2 Tablespoons liquid sugar (Like agave nectar, pure maple syrup or honey.)

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw pecans
- 1 cup flax seeds
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (or any other nut butter)

- 2 1/2 Tbsp. organic honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

- 1 cup dried cranberries (or any other dried fruit you have such as raisins)

- 1/8 tsp cardamom
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup honey (or agave nectar for vegan)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 4 oz 60% -72% chocolate.
