Mix cornbread as directed on package decreasing milk a little bit to account for the the creaminess of the corn

  • 1 pkg. Jiffy Cornbread Mix

  • 1 small can diced green chilis
  • 1 small can (7oz) creamed corn or ½ of a large can.
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese or Mexican blend cheese (add more if desired).
