  • 1 tsp. tarragon
  • ½ tsp. salt

  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • ½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Spinach and butter lettuce
  • 1 can drained mandarin oranges
  • 4 or five scallions finely sliced
