Honey Curried Chicken - Midge

Melt margarine in a sauce pan and stir in the honey, mustard, salt and curry
- ¼ cup margarine
- ½ cup honey
- ¼ cup prepared mustard (I use Gulden’s brown mustard)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. curry powder (or more to taste…I use more because I love curry)
- 4 bone in with skin chicken breasts (or boneless, skinless if you wish but the skin is delish on this...I know...I know...but jeez it is a guilty pleasure)
Sukiyaki - Gwen

Cook noodles 5 minutes and drain
- 6 oz. fine noodles
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 tsp oil
- 4 cups sliced green onions
- ½ lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1 lb fresh spinach washed and torn
- ½ lite soy sauce
- ¼ cup water
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 cups chopped celery
Lemon Chicken - Diane

Mix flour with salt and pepper in plastic bag
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup margarine or butter
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms
Peachy Oven Baked Chicken - Melody

For chicken Mix flour, salt, pepper, and paprika in a paper bag
- Biscuits:
- ¼ cup shortening
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 fryer chicken, cut up, wash thoroughly, pat dry with paper towel
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 2¼ cup Bisquick baking mix
- ⅔ cup milk
Celery Pecan Salad - Diane

Combine all ingredients; chill and enjoy
- ¾ cup sliced celery
- ⅓ cup dried sweet cherries
- ⅓ cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 3 T. chopped fresh parsley
- 1½ T. fat-free mayonnaise
- 1½ T. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 T. chopped pecans, toasted
- 1½ tsp. fresh lemon juice
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ⅛ tsp. black pepper
Hamburger Stroganoff - Judy

Melt butter in heavy skillet and brown beef
- ¼ cup butter
- ½ minced onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 glove garlic minced
- 2 T flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ½ lb mushrooms sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- Buttered noodles
Chicken a la Orange - Diane

Lightly flatten chicken breasts
- 2 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, halved
- 2 T. butter or margarine
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- ⅔ cup orange juice
- ⅓ cup Heinz 57 sauce
- ¼ cup orange marmalade *toasted slivered almonds (if desired)
Angel Food Cake with Mocha Mascarpone Creme

Stir the water and espresso powder in a large bowl to blend
- 2 tablespoons boiling water
- 2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
- ¾ cup mascarpone cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup whipping cream
- ½ cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 (12-ounce) purchased angel food cake
- ½ cup coffee liqueur
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Henri;s Rack of Lamb

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1 rack of lamb well trimmed of fat
- 1 clove garlic peeled
- 3 pats of butter
- 1 onion quartered
- 2 cloves of garlic unpeeled
- 1 additional pat of butter
- ½ cup dry Sherry
BBQ Sauce for Fish - Diane

- ¼ lb butter
- Fresh lemon juice
- 4 T A-1 Steak Sauce
