- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 teaspoons pure orange extract
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest

- 1 1/2 cups milk

Mini Meat Loaves

To make the glaze, combine ketchup, brown sugar, and vinegar
- For the glaze:
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/8 cup packed light brown sugar
- 3/4 tablespoons cider vinegar

- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- (2) small pkgs chocolate or vanilla pudding
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (12 oz.) container cool whip
