- 2 tbsp. light brown sugar

- 1 egg yolk
- 2 3⁄4 cups flour, sifted, plus
- more for kneading
- 3 ⁄4 tsp. fine salt
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, at room
- temperature, plus more for the pan
- FOR THE FILLING:
- 1 ⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 ⁄4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 ⁄4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 ⁄4 cup finely chopped walnuts
- 1 ⁄4 cup raisins
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 ⁄2 tsp. fine salt
- 1 ⁄8 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 tbsp. maple syrup
- 4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 8 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
- FOR THE ICING:
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
