- INGREDIENTS:
- If using a cast-iron Dutch oven, increase the broth to 1 3/4 cups, adding 1 1/4 cups in step 2.
- 1 1/4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp. - 1 Tbsp. minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo sauce (1 tsp. is mild)

- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

- 2 cups long grain white rice (use 2 scoops rice for rice maker)
- 4 cups water (use enough water to reach 2 level in rice maker)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
