- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
- 1/3 cup masa harina (mexican corn flour used to make tortillas, found next to flour at the supermarket)
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn, thawed
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
