Shrimp and chicken sauteed with onions, peppers and tomatoes in a very spicy cajun sauce
- Cajun Seasoning Blend:
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Sauce:
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 small green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small white onion, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. white wine
- 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Rice or pasta, to serve over
