- 6 tbsp melted butter, cooled

- 2 tbsp molasses
- 1 1/4 cups unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup orange juice or water
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries or raisins

The Healthiest Summer Sangria EVER

Summer without sangria just doesn't feel right
- 1.5 bottles red wine
- 1/4 cup triple sec
- 2 cups sparkling lemon/lime/orange-flavored water (make sure the brand you choose has no added sugar)
- 1 pear diced
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
- 2 oranges diced or sliced (not peeled)
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Pull Apart Garlic Bread Recipe

1. In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic powder and garlic salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 loaf (1 pound) frozen white bread dough, thawed
- 1 . In a small bowl, combine the butter, parsley, garlic powder and garlic salt. Cut dough into 1-in. pieces; dip into butter mixture. Layer in a greased 9-in. x 5-in. loaf pan. Cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
- 2 . Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 loaf.
White Chicken Enchilada Recipe

- 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheddar cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (soft shell)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 4oz can of diced green chiles
- 2 cups shredded chicken (about 1 big chicken breast)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups of chicken broth

- •Powdered sugar, for rolling out dough
Carmelized Onion Soup

In a skillet over low heat, sauté onions in duck fat for 10-15 minutes
- 3-4 large onions (Vidalia, yellow, white, or red), peeled and diced or sliced into half moons
- 1 tablespoon duck or chicken fat, olive oil, or butter
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
- 1/3 cup Mirin rice cooking wine (or any sweet white wine)
- 5 cups duck stock or beef stock
- 1 tbsp. fresh thyme or 1 tsp. teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Whole grain bread
- Grated Gruyere Cheese (or cheese of your choice)
