Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

These are really good chocolate chip cookies
- 1 cup unbleached flour
- 3/4 cup oat flour (this is the secret)
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup solid shortening (solid coconut oil or butter would work too)
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
