OVERNIGHT COFFEE CAKE

- Topping:
- 1/3 c. margarine, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
CHERRY CRUNCH

- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 can cherry pie filling
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 stick butter, melted
Key Lime Cheesecake Squares

In a mixing bowl, cream shortening and brown sugar
- FILLING:
- Change Servings
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 eggs
- 1/3 cup Key lime juice
- 4 teaspoons grated lime peel
OATMEAL CAKE

(This recipe originally came from our Love cousins
- Cream:
- Pour 1 1/4 c. boiling water over 1 cup quick oats. Let stand 20 minutes.
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- Add:
- 2 eggs and oatmeal mixture
- 1 1/3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
BROWNIES

- 2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 1-oz. squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sifted enriched flour
- 1 c. walnuts.

- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 2 - 3 tsp. sugar
KEY LIME PIE MARTINI

- (Numbers in ( ) after ingredients are for a large quantity version.)
- 3/4 oz. Licor 43 (12 oz.)
- 1 splash vodka (4 oz.)
- 1/4 oz. lime syrup* (4 oz.)
- 1/4 oz. milk (8 oz.)
SALMON BISQUE

- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery and leaves, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- Shrimp (optional)
- 2 Tbs. flour
- 1 can whole tomatoes
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 can pink salmon
- Parsley
- Green onions
- Salt and pepper, to taste
SOUR CREAM NOUGAT BARS

Heat oven to 350°. In oven, melt butter in 13 x 9" pan; rotate pan until butter covers bottom
- 3 Tbs. butter or margarine
- 1/2 pkg. sour cream chocolate fudge cake mix (about 2 c.)
- 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 c. (3 1/2 ox.) flaked coconut
- 1 c. broken mixed nuts or chopped nuts
- 1 can (14 ox.) sweetened condensed milk
